Pay Your Way With These Accepted Payment Methods

You want to look your best, but you are on a budget. To make our beauty products and services more affordable and accessible to all of our clients, Illume Brow & Skin Studio accepts a variety of payment methods. While we require you to have a credit card on file with us to reserve your appointment as part of our late cancellation and no-show policies, you can use any payment method you wish to use at the time of your appointment. We accept the following forms of payment:

Our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policies

We value our estheticians’ time, so we have policies regarding the cancellation and rescheduling of appointments. If you will be late, please let us know. However, if you are over 10 minutes late, we will cancel your appointment and charge you 100% of the service cost. This charge also applies if you are a no-show.

Please notify us if you need to cancel your appointment for any reason. We will do our best to accommodate you. Depending on when you cancel, you may be charged anywhere from half to all of the service cost. For appointments canceled less than 48 hours ahead of time, you will be charged 50% of the service cost.

Meanwhile, those canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in charges equal to the full cost of the service. Please note that the fee incurred is not applicable to your rescheduled appointment. If you have any questions regarding our policy or need to reschedule an appointment, please contact us.
