We accept all major credit cards, cash, gift cards, Android Pay, and Apple Pay. While we ask that you have a credit card on file with us to reserve your appointment, we will take whichever payment method you choose to use at the time of your service.
For health and safety reasons, sales of all skin care and cosmetic products are final. In the event of an adverse reaction, please contact us for assistance. You will be provided with a credit to use towards a future purchase.
Yes. Gratuity, while not necessary, is welcome for all of our services.
While we typically don’t offer specials on our products or services, we do offer discounts to those who leave reviews on our social media profiles or Google, which can be applied towards future services.
If you expect to be late for your appointment, please contact us to let us know. We will do our best to accommodate you. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we will cancel your appointment and charge you for the full amount of the service. This charge also applies if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment.
Please notify us by phone or text if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason. While we understand that life happens, depending on when you cancel or reschedule your appointment, you may be charged anywhere from half to all of the service cost.
If you notify us within 48 hours of your appointment, you will be charged half of the service cost. Notifying us within 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in charges equal to the full cost of the service. Please note that the fee you incur cannot be applied to the rescheduled service.

Our address is 3355 North Lincoln Avenue in Chicago, IL. We are located at Sola Salons above Bitter Pops. If you are taking public transportation, we are off the Paulina Brown Line.
Once you schedule your appointment, we will email you the PIN pad code to enter the building. Take the elevator or stairs up to the first floor. Then, take a right. We are the first unit on the left, number 19.
There is paid parking on either side of Lincoln Avenue. You can also park on Marshfield Avenue, Roscoe Street, or behind the Starbucks on Paulina Street.
