Getting to Our Studio from Lakeview
Between the neighborhoods of Lakeview and Roscoe Village, Illume Brow & Skin Studio is conveniently located at 3355 North Lincoln Avenue in Chicago, IL. We are near the West School Street intersection at Sola Salons above Bitter Pops. Parking can be found on Lincoln Avenue, Marshfield Avenue, Roscoe Street, or Paulina Street. For those who use public transportation, we’re on the Paulina Brown line.
To enter our building, you will need a PIN pad code that will be emailed to you once your appointment has been scheduled. After you enter the building, take the elevator or stairs to the first floor. Then, go right. Our unit is the first on the left, number 19. If you need help finding us, please contact us for more information. Don’t Let Life Get in the Way of Your Self-Care!
Illume Brow & Skin Studio’s estheticians understand that you’re a busy person with a lot to do and little time to do it in. Sometimes, this means that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with us. This is why we have a rescheduling and cancellation policy in place at our studio and brow bar in Lakeview.
If you will be late for your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate you, you will be charged the full service fee if you are more than 10 minutes late. This fee will also apply if you are a no-show or if you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours ahead of time.
If you reschedule or cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before, you will be charged half of the service fee. Regardless of the fee incurred, it cannot be applied to your rescheduled appointment. If you have any questions regarding our cancellation and rescheduling policies, please contact us. We’d be happy to answer them.

Yes. We both sell and accept gift cards. You may purchase or redeem a gift card at our Chicago studio or our online store.
