Finding Our Studio in North Center
North Lincoln Avenue, where Illume Brow & Skin Studio is located, runs right through the North Center neighborhood of Chicago, IL. Our studio is inside of Sola Salons above Bitter Pops. You can park on Lincoln Avenue, Marshfield Avenue, Roscoe Street, or Paulina Street. If you use public transportation, we’re on the Brown line.
You will need a PIN pad code to enter the building. This will be emailed to you once your appointment has been scheduled. After entering the building, take the elevator or stairs to the first floor. Then, go right. Our unit, number 19, is the first on the left. If you need help finding us, please contact us for more information.
Our Skincare Product Return Policy
At Illume Brow & Skin Studio, we value our clients’ comfort and safety. That’s why we only sell all-natural skincare products, free of additives and other chemicals. However, we realize that not every product works for everyone. That’s why we have policies in place for when the skincare product you purchased is not what you hoped for.
If you have an allergic or other adverse reaction to a skincare product you purchased from our North Center Chicago studio or online store, please contact us. We will provide you with an exchange or a credit that may be applied to another purchase. Otherwise, for health and safety reasons, all skincare product sales are final.
