Getting to Our Studio from Ravenswood
North Lincoln Avenue, where Illume Brow & Skin Studio is located, is right off North Damen Avenue, the main street of Chicago’s Ravenswood Neighborhood. Parking is available on Lincoln Avenue, Marshfield Avenue, Roscoe Street, or Paulina Street. For those who are using public transportation, we’re on the Paulina Brown line.
Our studio shares a building with Sola Salons and Bitter Pops, which you will need a PIN pad code to enter. We will email this to you once we schedule your appointment. Once inside, take the elevator or stairs to the first floor. Then, go right. Our unit, number 19, is the first on the left.
Our Beauty Product Return Policy
Because Illume Brow & Skin Studio values our Ravenswood clients’ comfort and safety, we only sell all-natural beauty products. Realizing that not every beauty product works as intended for everyone, we have a return and exchange policy in place at our studio and online store.
For health and safety reasons, all beauty product sales are final. However, if you experience an adverse reaction to a beauty product you purchased from our Chicago studio or online store, please contact us. We can provide you with an exchange or a credit to apply to another purchase.
