Finding Our Studio in Roscoe Village
Illume Brow & Skin Studio is conveniently located on the edge of Roscoe Village. Our address is 3355 North Lincoln Avenue in Chicago, IL. We are right off of West Roscoe Street at Sola Salons above Bitter Pops. There are various parking options on either side of Lincoln Avenue, Marshfield Avenue, Roscoe Street, or Paulina Street.
Please note that a PIN pad code is required to enter the building. Once you schedule your appointment, we will email this to you. Once you enter the building, take the elevator or stairs to the first floor. Then, take a right. Our unit, number 19, is the first on the left. Our Cancellation Policies
At Illume Brow & Skin Studio, we understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours ahead of time. If you are late to your appointment for any reason, please notify us, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
However, if you are more than 10 minutes late to an appointment, cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours ahead of time, or are a no-show, you will be charged the full service fee for the appointment. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, you will only be charged half of the service fee.

Most clients can just come to our studio for a wax without any preparation. However, if you use tanning beds, retinol skincare products, or are on certain medications, you will need to take some steps to prepare for a waxing appointment. These products can make your skin more sensitive to wax, as can extended exposure to the sun. By taking these steps, you can make your waxing experience more comfortable.
Please inform your esthetician if you’ve been exposed to the sun or tanning beds so they can apply a barrier balm to the area being waxed before proceeding. Also, if you use retinol skin care products, please discontinue use at least one week before and after your appointment to avoid adverse reactions between the wax and the product.
